California Department of Health Services

Neunet Solutions automated business processes by building a web-based, scalable Complaint Tracking System to be used for tracking facility abuse reports made by the public.  The application had web access capability allowing 25 district offices to gain entry into the system that was launched on a central server in the Sacramento headquarters.  It also allowed the public to submit complaints online, while agents logged on to the system were able to process the reports in real-time.
